“Evolving Cooperation and Social Simulation” (ECOSOS) is an open project that studies the evolution of human cooperation toward a unifying theory of it. ECOSOS was established in summer 2016. Our research interests include: evolution of cooperation, direct and indirect reciprocity, social norms, selective incentives such as punishment and reward, ignoring, population structures, behavioral economics, and computational sociology.
